Martin Lüderitz, counsel with Bryan Cave’s Employment Team in Hamburg, was featured with a bylined article Feb. 9 in WirtschaftsWoche, one of the leading German business publications, regarding companies’ rights to prevent their staff from connecting to work via emails or telephone calls during free time and holidays. This strategy may help to prevent negative outcomes due to deleted requests from clients or authorities. Click here to read the article (in German).
