Atlanta Partner Kimberly Civins and Attorney Melissa Sprinkle authored an article published Feb. 5 in Wealth Strategies Journal concerning Georgia’s approach to fiduciary compensation. While fiduciary compensation methods vary state to state, Georgia law awards fees to trustees and executors for their services based on the value of the estate or trust in question.
