Vanessa Fulton is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Class and Derivative Actions Client Service Groups. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and class action defense. Ms. Fulton’s experience also consists of discovery in complex litigation matters, including e-discovery.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fulton externed for the Honorable James A. Teilborg in the U.S. District Court of Arizona. In law school, she served as a staff writer for the Arizona Law Review and was named “2L of the Year” for Fall 2013-Spring 2014 by the publication.
