Trinitee Green is a lover of people and learning, which makes her passionate about her practice. She is a member of Bryan Cave’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Group, where clients can, and do, rely on her to tenaciously advance and protect their interests.
Since clerking for the Honorable Harlin D. “Cooter” Hale for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Trinitee has represented various parties in and out of bankruptcy proceedings. She has represented debtors, creditors, committees, post-confirmation trustees, and bankruptcy trustees on a variety of matters. In addition to handling an array of complex bankruptcy matters, Trinitee regularly prosecutes and defends avoidance actions, which makes her especially adept at the art of negotiation. Trinitee also has state court litigation experience, including D&O actions, and regularly serves as local counsel for a number of firms outside of Illinois.
Trinitee’s clients are well-served during settlement discussions and mediations because she masters the relevant law and facts and uses her negotiating skills to reach results that seem unobtainable. In fact, she enabled one client to recover more than three times the anticipated amount and, in other cases, she has helped clients to avoid liability when their exposure was significant. Oftentimes, her drive and thoughtful counsel brings parties to agreement even when a successful resolution appears unlikely.
Trinitee’s values are perfectly aligned with Bryan Cave’s core values. She is committed to excellence, integrity, equality, diversity, and she truly cares about others. Because of these values and her “life is too short” mentality, Trinitee gives 100% to each and every client.
