Serena Cooke is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Client Service Group and International Arbitration Team. Her experience is primarily in high value commercial and general contract disputes in the High Court in London, as well as in arbitrations in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). She has contentious experience in a broad range of areas including misrepresentation, fraud, defamation, and cross border disputes involving anti-suit injunctions, jurisdiction challenges and conflict of laws.

Representative Experience

  • Acting for multinational clothing company in an LCIA arbitration concerning fraudulent representation arising out of the acquisition of a clothing company in the United States.
  • Acting for an international natural resources group in an LCIA arbitration concerning a shareholder dispute and issues of competition law.
  • Acting for a large media group in an ICC arbitration arising from the acquisition of media rights.
