Sean Christy’s practice focus has two aspects:

  • customer-side offshore and onshore outsourcing transactions, including business process outsourcing (BPO), information technology outsourcing (ITO), application development and maintenance (AD/M), managed network services (MNS), human resources outsourcing (HRO), software as a service (SaaS), strategic project/consulting and shared services joint venture arrangements,
  • and software systems acquisition and implementation transactions.

Sean has substantial experience in the financial services, hospitality, consumer products, utility, energy and online data/analytics industries.

The geographical coverage of his engagements includes North and South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Before joining Bryan Cave, Sean was a partner in another international law firm in its outsourcing and software systems integration practice group.  Prior to entering private law practice, Sean led a capture team for a major telecommunications company, which included advising clients on and negotiating managed network services and telecommunications outsourcing agreements for large government and enterprise clients.
