Linsey Glosier’s practice focuses on estate and transfer tax planning as a member of the Private Client group.  Ms. Glosier assists clients in all areas of wealth transfer and preservation planning, including income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, irrevocable trust creation (including irrevocable insurance trusts, intentionally defective irrevocable grantor trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and installment sale transactions to grantor trusts), asset freeze techniques, lifetime gifting, closely-held business formation and succession, life insurance, and charitable giving.  Ms. Glosier also regularly works with clients in the creation of wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney, and trust and estate administration matters.  In addition, Ms. Glosier represents financial institutions and individuals in the resolution of a wide range of fiduciary disputes and settlements, including the modification of irrevocable trusts and preparation of settlement agreements.

Ms. Glosier is a member of both the St. Louis and Denver offices of Bryan Cave LLP and regularly practices in both Missouri and Colorado.  

Ms. Glosier was a summer associate in 2011 with the firm’s St. Louis office. During law school, she served as a staff editor for the Washington University Law Review and as President of the Washington University chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Glosier worked as a law clerk for Chief Justice Richard B. Teitelman of the Missouri Supreme Court and as an intern with the Missouri State Public Defender.

Prior to attending law, school Ms. Glosier was a reporter for the Chicago Sun-Times covering breaking news.
