LaDawn Naegle is the Managing Partner of the Washington, DC office. She counsels business clients as they address their most difficult strategic challenges and opportunities, as well as their more routine business and regulatory issues. Known for being a responsive, business-savvy partner to her clients, knowledgeable about their business, industry and trends, LaDawn works closely with the executives and boards of directors of her corporate clients, ensuring they receive timely, pragmatic advice and guidance.
With over 25 years experience, LaDawn has represented public and privately held companies in a variety of industries in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity and debt as well as turn-around transactions. She regularly advises clients as to compliance with federal securities laws and works with clients in connection with their dealings with the SEC. She engages with her clients on corporate governance matters, including board structure and functions, complex related party issues and special committee activity. She also leads deal teams as her clients engage in transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, commercial contracts and financing and licensing deals.
