Justin Morgan's practice focuses on business restructuring and creditors’ rights, including corporate bankruptcy and related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Barbara J. Houser, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.  He also previously practiced bankruptcy law in the New York office of a large international law firm.

In law school, Justin completed an externship with the Honorable Eugene R. Wedoff, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  He also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and on the board of the 2014 Julius H. Miner Moot Court Competition.

Before law school, Justin was an analyst for a consumer financial services company, where he evaluated and implemented policy changes to collections of defaulted consumer loans and created and managed financial forecasting models.
