Jessica Pedersen is an associate in firm’s Commercial Disputes Practice Group and the Data Privacy and Security Team. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). During law school at Loyola University Chicago, Ms. Pedersen interned at a U.S. Congressman’s office and was a student clinician at the Loyola Community Law Center, where she represented clients in family law cases. In addition, she was an active participant in Loyola’s Moot Court program and received the Gary David Friedman Award for excellence in advocacy.
In 2016, Ms. Pedersen was a summer associate in the firm’s Chicago office, where she worked on commercial litigation, employment, and products liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pedersen worked at a boutique litigation law firm assisting with intellectual property and contract disputes.
