Jeremy Finkelstein is a member of the Financial Services Client Service Group and focuses his practice on representing corporate trust institutions as indenture trustees and agents in connection with domestic and cross-border debt capital markets transactions, such as offerings of corporate and municipal, high-yield and investment grade, secured, unsecured and subordinated, convertible, public and private debt issued under trust indentures of domestic and international issuers. He has experience representing clients in connection with secured and unsecured project financings. He has also worked with secured and unsecured creditors and disbursing agents in various defaulted debt, restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Finkelstein advises clients and lawyers within the firm on debt financings, including 144A/Reg. S offerings, exchange and tender offers and issuances of global securities through DTC, Euroclear and Clearstream book-entry clearing systems.
Prior to joining Bryan Cave, Mr. Finkelstein worked for eight years in the corporate trust department of a large banking corporation in New York, serving in numerous managerial and employment capacities. His unique skill set allows him to leverage this past management and work experience with his legal training to provide clients with a broad understanding of the issues facing corporate trust institutions.
