Jed White's practice focuses on the defense of class actions and other complex actions brought against companies in a variety  of industries, including banking and financial services, title insurance, mortgage companies, health care and retail stores. As a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and the Class Action Practice Group, he has significant experience in the litigation issues confronting large and small companies, having defended numerous class and complex actions through all stages of the litigation process, as well as experience with arbitration proceedings and franchise litigation. In addition, Mr. White has product liability experience, including defense of aircraft manufacturers in aircraft incidents and accidents, and defense of aircraft manufacturers against toxic-tort claims.

Mr. White also applies his complex litigation experience to the health care field as a member of the firm’s Health Care Team. In one recent matter, he helped to negotiate a favorable settlement prior to trial on behalf of a group of physicians practicing in the Southeast US in a dispute involving medical equipment.
