Jacob Johnson is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Group. He has restructuring and bankruptcy experience with out-of-court distressed debt workouts as well as representation of creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies.  

Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johnson clerked for the Honorable Marc T. Treadwell in the U.S. District Court for Middle District of Georgia.  Prior to that, he clerked for Judge Austin E. Carter in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia.  In law school, Mr. Johnson served as Managing Editor for the Mercer Law Review.
