Glenn Plattner focuses his practice on franchise, hospitality, banking, and business litigation, including the representation of national banks in loan origination and wrongful foreclosure disputes and franchisors and hospitality companies in termination proceedings and enforcement of contractual terms, such as covenants not to compete and protection of trademarks and trade secrets. Mr. Plattner served as lead trial counsel in both state and federal court, as well as handled numerous appeals, arbitrations and mediations. He has a number of opinions on his cases published by the Ninth Circuit, the California Court of Appeals and the Business Franchise Guide.
Mr. Plattner is the Commercial Litigation Coordinator for the firm’s Los Angeles office. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Who’s Who (California Edition) as one of the top franchise lawyers in California. Mr. Plattner is certified by the State Bar of California as a Franchise and Distribution Law Specialist.
