Beth Haden practices in the areas of Financial Services and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights. Ms. Haden focuses on the representation of lenders through all phases of a loan, from the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit transactions to their workouts and enforcement. She has been heavily involved in a wide variety of real estate and business loan workout transactions, including non-judicial foreclosures, UCC collateral sales, receiverships, and loan/guaranty enforcement.

Ms. Haden is a member of the firm’s Summer Associate Committee, and is vice-chair of the Kansas City office Women’s Forum.
