Ms. Parrington practices in the area of commercial litigation, focusing on banking and corporate litigation. Ms. Parrington assists clients with agency enforcement proceedings, corporate control disputes, and internal investigations involving complex corporate and regulatory law issues. Ms. Parrington also has experience representing financial institutions, including assisting in the development and review of vendor management and compliance programs relating to mortgage and foreclosure issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Parrington served as a Special Prosecutor for the DeKalb County District Attorney’s office.
Ms. Parrington earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Parrington served as an intern with the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia, General Litigation Division. Additionally, she competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and was inducted into the Order of Emory Advocates, a society recognizing excellence in oral advocacy.
