Daniel O’Keefe concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation. His labor and employment litigation practice focuses on defending employers in class and collective action lawsuits, as well as all manner of single-plaintiff employment claims. He practices in both federal and state courts, and before federal and state administrative agencies.
Mr. O’Keefe is also an experienced commercial litigator, including prosecuting and defending contract and complex tort claims and class action defense. He regularly advises on and litigates non-compete and unfair competition disputes.
Mr. O’Keefe counsels clients from a broad range of industries including retail, manufacturing and other service providers on a wide variety of issues, including wrongful termination, workplace harassment matters, wage and hour laws, prevailing wage laws, disability discrimination, employee leave rights and workers’ compensation, among others.
