Caitlin Lucey is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation client service group, focusing on employee benefits and compensation matters including executive compensation, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans, as well as a member of the firm’s Association Health Plans Team. She supports public and private companies in implementing employee benefit plans and assists in benefits-related aspects of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Bryan Cave, Ms. Lucey worked in the executive compensation and employee benefits group of an international law firm headquartered in New York City. Ms. Lucey received her J.D. with honors from Cornell Law School, where she was the Executive Editor of the Cornell Law Review. During law school, she was also an Honors Fellow in the Lawyering Program, taught a course on constitutional law through the Cornell Prison Education Program, and served as a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
