As a trusted advisor to clients across several industries, Andrew Schoulder provides strategic advice that balances commercial, financial and legal objectives on a broad range of matters. Mr. Schoulder’s clients include large multi-national corporations, mid-market companies, and private investment firms focused on distressed investments, acquisitions and divestitures. To achieve the best outcome for his clients’ short term and long term goals, Mr. Schoulder has extensive experience working closely with clients on domestic and international growth strategies, corporate structuring, corporate governance, complex commercial transactions, financial restructuring, litigation and compliance.

 Additionally, Mr. Schoulder counsels U.S. corporations in their expansion into international markets, including Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.  Mr. Schoulder has particular experience in managing clients' legal, operational and compliance requirements throughout the Middle East, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. 

 Mr. Schoulder is co-leader of Bryan Cave’s Aviation, Aerospace & Defense Industry Team where he represents clients across several industry sectors, including maintenance, repair and operations (MRO); manufacturers and servicers of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems; aircraft maintenance services; systems manufacturing and integration; training consultants; manufacturers of firearms and related systems; manufacturers of armored vehicles and appurtenant systems; and detection and security services, as well as investors in the aerospace and defense industry. Mr. Schoulder is also a member of Bryan Cave’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Team where advises manufacturers, operators and servicers of unmanned aircraft systems on a broad range of corporate and regulatory issues. 

 Mr. Schoulder advises clients in a broad spectrum of other industries including retail, apparel, food and beverage, manufacturing, oil and energy, shipping, technology, and travel and entertainment.
