Andrew Bleyer is an attorney in the Private Client group and the Fiduciary Litigation Team.
Mr. Bleyer advises clients on a broad range of estate and tax planning matters. His background in tax allows him to provide clients with a broad range of sophisticated tax planning including life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and limited liability companies.
In addition, Mr. Bleyer represents both trustees and beneficiaries in fiduciary conflicts. To that end, he assists clients with litigation, both judicial and non-judicial settlement agreements, trust decanting, and representation before the IRS. Mr. Bleyer also assists clients with charitable planning, income tax planning, and the international aspects of U.S. estate and tax planning.
