Allysa Piché Hopson is a corporate attorney who works to provide legal advice that is practical, efficient, and solution-oriented for her clients.  Ms. Hopson has experience in leveraging the latest legal technology to manage transactions ranging in scope from startups to clients with hundreds of subsidiary entities.  She has counseled family companies and worked with the Fortune 500.  She stays closely involved in deal logistics from initial discussions through closing for buy-side and sell-side acquisitions and dispositions.  Her experience spans the real estate, healthcare, professional services, retail, manufacturing, gaming technology, and private equity industries.

Beyond her work at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Ms. Hopson has a strong passion for and longstanding commitment to the arts and education.  She is a board member for Synchronicity Theatre, an Atlanta-based and women-founded theatre that focuses on community engagement on difficult topics.  In addition, Ms. Hopson serves the Atlanta area as an MIT Educational Counselor, conducting alumni interviews with prospective MIT applicants.
