Alison Loy is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group. Ms. Loy advises clients in a variety of employment-related matters, including development and review of personnel policies, performance management, reasonable accommodation and leave issues, investigating internal complaints of harassment and discrimination, and reductions in force. Ms. Loy also advises employers with respect to affirmative action plans and OFCCP matters.
Ms. Loy has extensive experience defending employment-related claims in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, including claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, Ms. Loy has defended employers in cases involving state law discrimination, retaliatory discharge, tort, and breach of contract claims.
