Kansas City Partner Kent Wittrock has been selected as a member of the 19th class of Ingram’s 40 Under Forty, which annually recognizes the achievements and potential of young executives, professionals and community leaders. Nominations are based on ethics and integrity, leadership skills, achievement in business, entrepreneurship, managerial status, professional affiliations, board and commission appointments, and dedication to community service.
Wittrock concentrates his practice in the areas of business and transactional counseling. He has significant experience in structuring and negotiating merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions for financial and strategic buyers and sellers. He also has experience advising clients in connection with joint venture and other strategic transactions, contractual and general business matters, and corporate formation and governance issues.
