Hightower focuses his practice in financial institutions law, including corporate, regulatory and securities work. He regularly advises banks and their boards of directors on strategic plans, including organic and acquisition growth plans, sale transactions, strategic mergers and capital raises, as well as on complex regulatory issues.

ReVeal is the Financial Institutions Group’s lead regulatory and compliance lawyer in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He leads the firm’s Retail Banking Team and is co-chair of the firm’s Payments Team. He advises banks and other financial services providers on consumer compliance.

Wheeler is a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office and is a member of the Financial Services Client Service Group. For 19 years, he has advised banks, financial technology companies, credit unions and other financial institutions on their most important challenges and opportunities.
