Atlanta Partner Todd Wade will present June 27 at TiE Atlanta’s Business 4 Breakfast in Atlanta. Panelists will discuss hurdles and issues that may arise in the process of selling a business. TiE is a nonprofit, global community founded in 1992 that aims to foster the next generation of entrepreneurs by offering opportunities for mentoring, networking, education, incubating and funding.
Wade concentrates his practice at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in the areas of securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity. He counsels publicly held companies on public reporting requirements under federal securities law, shareholder communications, and the preparation and filing of other reports and information with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He represents public and private companies and investment banking firms in the public and private issuance of equity securities, as well as mergers, asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, reorganizations, going private transactions and tender offers.
