Kansas City Partners Perry Brandt and Robert Thompson have been named to the Ingram’s 250 for the third straight year. The magazine honors the most powerful and influential business leaders in the greater Kansas City region.
Brandt is the managing partner of the Kansas City office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. In this role he leads initiatives focused on strategic growth, marketing, diversity and attorney professional development.
Since 1977, Brandt has acted as lead trial counsel in all types of complex business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the nation, as well as before various governmental agencies and arbitration panels.
Thompson focuses his practice in the area of complex commercial business litigation in both state and federal courts. He has been involved in many difficult and complex cases handled by the firm.
Thompson joined the firm in 1990 and serves as a member of the firm’s board. He served as the managing partner of the Kansas City office from 2006 to 2012. He is co-leader of the Food and Agribusiness Industry Group and is also a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Class & Derivative Actions Client Service Groups.
