Paris Partner Constantin Achillas, head of the Dispute Resolution Team in Paris, and Washington Partner Mark Srere, leader of the White Collar Defense & Investigations/Securities Enforcement and Litigation Client Service Group, were featured Nov. 17 in CDR assessing the international application of France’s new anti-corruption regime under Sapin II. Achillas and Srere stated: “Sapin II creates a new standard of governance not only in France, but across the entire continental Europe.
