St. Louis Partner Jeff Russell recently joined a panel discussion at the Society of Actuaries’ 2016 Annual Meeting and Exhibit in Las Vegas, Nev. The four-day event offered 160 sessions and networking events related to the actuarial industry.

Russell’s panel discussed current litigation trends involving defined contribution pension plans and the changes in fiduciary governance that employers are implementing to manage risk.
