New York, January 3, 2017 – The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP today announced that Matthew Cudrin has rejoined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate Client Service Group. He also will work with the firm’s Real Estate Private Equity and REITs Team. Cudrin will reside in the New York office.

Cudrin focuses on representing opportunity funds, major developers, lenders, property owners and investors in structuring, negotiating and closing varied and complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States covering nearly every asset class. He was with Bryan Cave from 2005 through 2014. Most recently, he was in the New York office of another large law firm.

Cudrin earned his J.D. in 2002 from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. in 1999 from American University.
