New Counsel in Bryan Cave’s Atlanta Office Enhances Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice

Atlanta, Aug. 7, 2017 – The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP today announced that Castles (Cass) R. Hollis has joined the firm as counsel in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. Hollis will reside in the Atlanta office.

Hollis’ practice focuses on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and other state and federal laws related to employee benefits and executive compensation. She advises clients with respect to the design, implementation and ongoing compliance of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, cafeteria plans and equity-based compensation arrangements. Hollis also assists clients with compliance issues with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor.

Hollis was an associate with Powell Goldstein until 2008. Bryan Cave and Powell Goldstein merged in 2009. Prior to returning to the firm, she practiced at another national firm in its employee benefits practice.
