Bryan Cave’s Los Angeles office will host a BayPay Forum event Feb. 7 featuring a conversation with Jean-Michel Arnoult, chief executive officer of Crowdfunder, a leading crowdfunding platform for sourcing and funding high-growth ventures.
The seminar will focus on addressing common challenges faced by startup founders and CEOs, including forming a founding team, raising funds, structuring the company and more.
“With crowdfunding and more recently the rise of initial coin offerings as viable alternatives to more conventional means of funding, there are a host of new questions for startups to consider,” said Los Angeles Associate Tony Thai. “We are pleased to welcome thought leaders such as Jean-Michel to address those questions and share his insights with the startup community.”
Bryan Cave has partnered with BayPay in the past, hosting other events in the firm’s Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco offices.
BayPay was founded at Stanford with the goal of creating a network of payment professionals to identify and discuss new trends in the payment industry. Since then, it has grown to more than 11,000 executives at thousands of companies. Click here for more information about BayPay Forum and to register for the event, which will also stream live.
