Bryan Cave’s Los Angeles office will host a LA CFOs event Sept. 13 featuring a presentation by the firm’s Chief Practice Economics Officer Chris Emerson and Los Angeles Partner Andrew Klungness.
Emerson and Klungness will provide practical takeaways on the engagement of professional services providers. They will discuss best practices and models for pricing (including alternative fee arrangements), advisory services, contract life cycle management, and automation solutions to help make a company “due diligence ready” and achieve a better valuation on its next round of financing or exit.
“Attorneys and other professional services providers are key partners for companies of all sizes – particularly emerging companies,” said Klungness. “We are hoping that our CFOs will come away with a better understanding of how to maximize those partnerships.”
