New York Counsel Emma Lindsay has been named a member of the List of Arbitrators for the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC). The HKIAC is a one of the world’s leading dispute resolution organizations, created to meet the increasing need for dispute resolution services in Asia and specializing in arbitration, meditation, adjudication and domain name dispute resolution. The HKIAC List of Arbitrators consists of members who have significant experience in arbitration and would be suitable for appointment as arbitrator by the HKIAC.

Lindsay leads the firm’s International Arbitration Team in New York. She acts as counsel in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under the major arbitration rules and ad hoc. She also appears in U.S. federal and state courts in international litigation matters. Lindsay’s experience spans disputes involving the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. In addition to her work as counsel, Lindsay sits as an arbitrator.
