Los Angeles Managing Partner Jennifer Jackson will present at the Big Law Business Summit West, Oct. 27 in Los Angeles, Calif. The conference will examine trends, opportunities, challenges and new developments in big law while discussing how to deliver services, create value for clients, and evolve as a firm or legal department.

Jackson will join the “Business of Litigation Management” panel, which will focus on the ever-evolving landscape of corporate litigation following the increase in high-stakes litigation and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s proposal to eliminate arbitration clauses that prevent class action litigation, exposing thousands of companies to new cases.

At Bryan Cave, Jackson’s practice includes class action defense, commercial litigation and product liability defense. She focuses on advising and defending leading financial institutions against individual and class claims for violation of federal and state lending laws, mortgage servicing claims, and consumer protection and unfair competition claims. Jackson has represented a wide variety of clients, including mortgage lenders, banks, residential developers, aircraft and automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, consumer product manufacturers, retail chains and insurance companies.
