Denver Partner Sarah Hartley has been selected for the Denver Metro Chamber’s Leadership Denver Class of 2018. Leadership Denver is an 11-month leadership program that invites active civic leaders to learn more about regional issues, explore diverse perspectives and make connections with a network of personal and professional peers. Participants are chosen based on their interest and community involvement.

Hartley practices in Bryan Cave’s Commercial Litigation and Antitrust Client Service Groups, as well as the firm’s Sports and Entertainment Group. She has significant experience in complex commercial litigation and antitrust disputes representing local, national and multinational companies in all stages of their dispute resolution process. She also concentrates on sports litigation and Safe Sport matters within the Olympic Sport movement, including representing national governing bodies in connection with disciplinary proceedings involving allegations of sexual misconduct and physical abuse and assisting in the development of Safe Sport policies and arbitration procedures. Additionally, she has helped her sports clients with a variety of governance issues, sponsorships, and employment agreements. In addition to her experience in private practice, Hartley formerly worked with a nonprofit environmental law firm where she gained experience with diverse aspects of public interest environmental advocacy, including litigation under the Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act, FLPMA and NEPA, with a specific focus on climate change issues.
