Kansas City Partner Jim Grice will present June 29 at AFCOM of Greater Kansas City’s Second Quarter Chapter Meeting in Overland Park, Kan. The meeting will focus on security for data centers and cover topics including both physical and cyber security as well as minimizing the impact if a security breach occurs. Grice will present at on the topic of “Security Risk Management/After the Breach.”
Grice is a project development and real estate lawyer with significant experience in the area of data centers and cloud infrastructure; renewable energy, project finance and tax incentives. Over the course of his career, he has developed a diverse portfolio of experiences, having advised numerous clients on dozens of transactions and projects throughout the U.S. involving more than $5 billion in total project activity and more than $1 billion in tax incentives. Grice currently leads Bryan Cave’s new industry team on Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure which is intended to compliment to the Firm’s prominence in private equity real estate an M&A.
