St. Louis Partner Hal Goldsmith was featured Sept. 28 in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for the announcement that he has been asked by the Missouri attorney general to conduct an independent investigation into allegations of wrongdoing connected with a civil settlement in the police shooting of Anthony Lamar Smith. Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Goldsmith has been asked to investigate other high-profile matters in the past, including serving in the role of special prosecutor in 2016 in the police-involved shooting death of Isaac Holmes. Click here to read the Post article.
