Bryan Cave will host the Caucus of Emory Black Alumni’s (CEBA) professional networking happy hour on July 13 in the Atlanta office.
CEBA is an Emory organization of diverse alumni professionals, including lawyers, doctors, businesspersons, and other professionals, working together to support and engage black Emory students, alumni, and faculty. Atlanta Associate Pierce Hand is the Atlanta chair of CEBA. All proceeds from the event will go toward CEBA’s annual Herman Reese Award, a community service award established in 1985 and given to students who serve and contribute to the black community at Emory and in Atlanta.
Hand focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in complex litigation involving loan servicing claims, federal lending laws and regulations, and various commercial tort actions. His practice also includes commercial contract disputes and insurance litigation in both the courts and arbitration settings.
