Bryan Cave was recognized as the “Best Firm for Diversity by an International Firm” at the Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards 2016. The awards ceremony Nov. 9 also recognized Hong Kong office Managing Partner Kristi Swartz as the top individual winner in the “Best in Corporate Governance” category.
The awards annually recognize leading women in the legal field and law firms with diverse work environments across Asia.
This year’s winners were honored Nov. 9 at an awards ceremony benefitting the Women’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong. Swartz is an active member and supporter of the Women’s Foundation.
Swartz concentrates her practice in corporate finance and securities including SFC matters. She represents clients in strategic commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, alternative financing and other corporate matters. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies and high profile net-worth individuals worldwide, as well as emerging growth companies and start-ups. Swartz represents clients in Hong Kong, China, Asia and Europe in a broad range of industries, such as finance, venture capital and telecommunications.
