Bryan Cave Chief Innovation Officer Katie DeBord will join a faculty of educators and business leaders at the upcoming Future of the Professions Summit. DeBord will be part of the panel presentation “How We Work.”

The Feb. 22 event will examine how advances in technology now challenge the traditional notion of a profession. From law and business to education and engineering, technology will continue to transform the work of all professionals and reframe the ways we shared and disseminated knowledge.

In her role at Bryan Cave, DeBord drives global initiatives to innovate how the firm delivers client services. This includes new ways to train and develop associates, and new processes and technologies to drive efficiencies and collaboration within the firm. Through a team of specialized software developers and analysts, she also spearheads development of custom technologies that enable clients to streamline and better manage their legal operations.

The Future of the Professions Summit will take place at the Cable Center at the University of Denver in Denver, Colo. It is presented by Project X-ITE at the university.
