Bryan Cave Chief Innovation Officer Katie DeBord will join a faculty of lawyers, legal scholars and business leaders for a conference concerning “disruption in the delivery of legal services.” This third annual event, March 28 at the HSBC Conference Center in New York City, will outline the impact of significant changes in technology and AI on law firms and their clients.
DeBord will join a presentation on how to lead transformation in law departments and law firms. Her panel will address collaboration and partnering with law departments and innovating legal service delivery. DeBord is also part of a later panel that will outline examples of change in litigation and transactions and business functions.
At Bryan Cave, DeBord drives global initiatives to innovate how the firm delivers client services. This includes new ways to train and develop associates, and new processes and technologies to drive efficiencies and collaboration within the firm. Through a team of specialized software developers and analysts, she also spearheads development of custom technologies that enable clients to streamline and better manage their legal operations.
