St. Louis Counsel Steven Dawson and Associate Stephanie Moll authored a blog post that was picked up June 13 by Law360 regarding the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Astrue v. Capato. The court ruled that Robert Capato’s posthumously-born twins were not entitled to receive U.S. Social Security survivors benefits as his children.
