St. Louis, Aug. 29, 2017 – The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP today announced that it has launched a fundraising campaign to aid the relief efforts associated with Hurricane Harvey.
The firm will donate funds available through the Bryan Cave Foundation and encourages employees to contribute on their own through their individual offices. The foundation will match contributions at 100 percent, up to a total of $25,000.
“We are all watching with dismay the news and images of the catastrophic flooding in Houston. The resources of emergency response organizations will undoubtedly be stretched thin during this time, and all of us want to do something to help those in the region,” firm Chair Therese Pritchard noted in a statement to lawyers and staff. “Monies raised will go to support the Red Cross in its relief efforts in Houston and the surrounding areas. Let’s work together to make what is a very bad situation for many families a little better.”
Bryan Cave has a Dallas office servicing clients in real estate capital markets, litigation, business transactions and bankruptcy.
