Bryan Cave Denver Partner Randy Miller has been named to the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors for the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation (Metro Denver EDC). Metro Denver EDC is an affiliate of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Metro Denver EDC members are the region’s largest stakeholders and community-minded businesses, governments, and local or regional economic development organizations. The Executive Committee oversees Metro Denver EDC’s budget and designs the work plan to guide strategic goals to improve and expand the region’s businesses and workforce, including influencing legislative policy.
At Bryan Cave, Miller has served in numerous firmwide leadership rolls, including on the Management Committee and as the Denver office managing partner. In his active commercial litigation practice he regularly handles disputes focused on business transactions and M&A litigation, investment management and real estate investment management issues, including separations, employee transitions and investment disputes.
Miller also carries significant experience in the food, agriculture and agribusiness fields. He is working with the EDC to foster and expand business opportunities and support for food and agriculture businesses in Colorado, capitalizing on the many food and ag assets in the Denver metro region.
Miller is involved with multiple civic and charitable endeavors. He is the 2017 recipient the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s award for Volunteer Board Member of the Year (click here) and serves as the chairman of St. Joseph Hospital Foundation (click here).
