Dyke Arboneaux was selected for her work in trusts and personal tax law. Arboneaux advises on the international aspects of U.S. tax matters and estate planning, with particular experience in planning for clients who are exposed to multiple tax systems. She leads a team of FATCA specialists within Bryan Cave who have experience advising small to medium-sized trust companies, private investment funds and complex private trust and company structures on FATCA compliance.
Gary Freer was included for his work in employment law. Freer is head of the UK Employment Team at Bryan Cave. He advises and represents clients in all aspects of employment law, including in particular executive severance, team moves (including drafting and enforcement of garden leave clauses and restrictive covenants), unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination and all kinds of tribunal claims. He also advises on transfer of undertakings (TUPE) and on global mobility issues.

Mathew Rea was selected for his work in the field of litigation. Co-head of the firm’s global International Arbitration Team, Rea has more than 20 years' experience handling commercial and international business disputes of all types, in a variety of venues, and under a variety of laws and procedures. He has extensive trial experience in the English High Court as well as in arbitrations administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court of Arbitration, among others.
