The BCLP Firms are regulated by the relevant professional bodies in the jurisdictions where they are established, and have offices (please see the country links below for further details).

The lists of partners of the respective BCLP Firms can be accessed at their registered office, and/or on our websites. For further details, please see the relevant office sections below. Under the rules of professional conduct in the practice of law in some jurisdictions, portions of this website may contain material that is nevertheless deemed to constitute attorney advertising. In accordance with those rules (notably in New York) we make the following statement:

We are aware that criminals have been using the BCLP Firms' names and sometimes the names of individuals working within the BCLP Group in scam emails, letters and phone calls. These communications typically suggest that an inheritance or a job can be obtained by paying an upfront fee. Their aim is to get your money and/or your personal data to use in other illegal activities.
Please act cautiously for your own protection. If you receive any communication purporting to be from the BCLP Group or any of our partners or employees about which you are uncertain or suspicious, do not respond and particularly do not provide personal or confidential information. You can check the legitimacy of any suspicious communication by forwarding it to us at email@example.com. We do not use web-based email addresses such as gmail, hotmail or yahoo.
Please note that this firm and its lawyers have no involvement in any of these scams. Our name is being used in an unauthorized and illegal way.
We report incidents of which we become aware to the relevant authorities. There are, however, new scams being devised by criminals regularly.
If you are based in the UK, you can find further information on scams (including ones we have reported) on the Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA") website. You can also contact the SRA to find out if individuals or firms are regulated and authorized by the SRA and verify an individual's or firm's practicing details.
