Walter Herring focuses his practice on real estate litigation, health care litigation and business litigation. His real estate litigation experience includes borrower/lender, owner/contractor, landlord/tenant and owner/developer suits. He also focuses on health care related litigation, including general professional liability defense and peer review matters. He has represented hospitals, day surgery centers, nursing homes and various managed care entities. 
 
Mr. Herring has significant experience representing financial institutions in complex litigation including claims involving banking operations, unfair debt collection/credit reporting, inter-creditor disputes, lender liability, loan origination and servicing, commercial mortgage backed securities, receiverships,  foreclosures and usury.  In addition, Mr. Herring has experience with securities litigation (and related issues) as well as employment related matters, including non-compete and wrongful termination issues.
