  • Representation of Lucent Technologies Inc. in more than $60 million of property dispositions
  • Representation of Equitable Life Assurance Society, International Business Machines Corporation and Bank of America, N.A., in connection with $75 million disposition of property located in St. Louis
  • Representation of Mesirow Stein Real Estate, Inc. in a $34 million vertical subdivision, and subsequent disposition, of property located in the Chicago area
  • Foreclosure of high-profile, residential development in St. Louis
  • Complex sale-leaseback transaction involving more than 660,000-square feet of industrial and manufacturing space in Jefferson City, Missouri
