Tom Adair’s practice focuses on Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation.  His experience includes patent infringement litigation, contract disputes, breach of warranty actions, class actions, and other matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Adair has been involved in a variety of technologies from processors, entertainment technology, automobile components, and radio frequency transmitting devices.  Mr. Adair’s experience ranges from large multi-party cases worth hundreds of millions of dollars to small single-party claims. In these matters, Mr. Adair has directed, coordinated, and managed case strategy and activities with clients and codefendants. Mr. Adair’s experience includes investigations, hearings, depositions, producing experts and corporate representatives for deposition, as well as a wide variety of motions, pleadings, agreements, pretrial matters, and other writings.

In law school, Mr. Adair worked as both a teaching and research assistant. He was also a member of the Texas International Law Journal. Prior to law school, Mr. Adair was a legislative assistant for a U.S. Representative. He handled transportation, environmental, agricultural, judicial, tax, and economic matters. As part of this work, Mr. Adair was involved in legislative reforms to the nation’s transportation infrastructure following 9/11.
