Thomas (Tom) Wack has litigated commercial and civil cases at the trial and appellate levels for 35 years. His practice has included the defense of cases alleging violations of federal securities laws, RICO and other fraud actions. He has defended a variety of class actions in the areas of ERISA, employment discrimination and insurance law.
